Ordering and Payment Methods

You can choose from multiple payment methods. We will guide you through the ordering and payment methods at the New Balance official online outlet.

How to order

The basic flow of your order is as follows:
You can add or remove items from your shopping cart at will.
When you select a size, the width will be displayed. If you do not select the width, you will not be able to add it to your cart.
When you add an item to your shopping cart, it is not reserved in stock.
Please note that once your purchase is complete, we will arrange for stock to be filled, and if the item is popular, has limited stock, or multiple customers have placed an order, it may be sold out during the purchase process.
*For products where you can choose the width, all available widths will be displayed.
*Some products may not be available with the product, so please select the one displayed.

Once you have confirmed the product, please follow the steps below to place your order.

  1. 1. Check the contents of your shopping cart.

    Please check the contents of your shopping cart carefully to ensure that the product, size, color, quantity, etc. are correct.
    For items where you can choose the width, please click on the desired width to select it.
    *If you cannot select an item, be sure to click on the displayed option to select it.

  2. 2. Specify the delivery address and payment method.

    Please enter the correct shipping address for the product.
    Please select your payment method from ``Cash on Delivery (cash, credit card accepted)'', ``Credit Card Payment'', ``D Payment'', ``Amazon Pay'', and ``Kuroneko Payment Deferred''.

  3. 3. Make a final confirmation of your order on the "Purchase Confirmation Screen."

    Please check your order details carefully and then press the "Purchase" button.Please note that once you click the "Purchase" button, your order will be sent and you will not be able to change or cancel your order after that.Please carefully check the contents of the "Purchase Confirmation Screen", and if there are any mistakes, correct them and press the "Purchase" button.

  4. 4. Order acceptance completed

    An "Order Completed" email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
    If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been completed correctly.
    Members can also check their purchase history by logging into their My Page.

About payment methods

  • Cash on delivery

    Please pay the price to the delivery company's driver upon receipt of the product.
    You can also pay with various credit cards and debit cards.
    There is no charge for cash on delivery (we will cover the cost).
    *Cash on delivery may not be available for deliveries to some areas of Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
    In that case, we will inform you separately by email.

  • Credit card payment

    The following credit cards can be used for online payments.


    Payments can be made in 1, 2, 3, 6, 10, 15 or 20 installments, as a bonus lump sum, or in revolving payments.
    Charges will be applied at the time of product shipment.

    *If you use a VISA debit card, au Wallet, etc., the amount will be immediately debited from your account at the time of ordering (at the time of credit approval).

    *We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed. However, if you cancel, due to system reasons, it may take 45 to 70 days (depending on the card company) to refund your payment after the cancellation date.

  • d payment

    You can use d Payment (formerly d Keitai Payment Plus) as a payment method.
    After confirming your order, you will be redirected to DoCoMo's carrier payment site page to complete the purchase procedure.
    You can pay together with the usage fee for your smartphone or tablet, or pay by credit card.
    Even if you do not have a Docomo line, you can use the service if you have a d account.
    The available amount varies depending on the contract details, etc. Please check before using.

  • Amazon Pay

    This is a service that allows you to shop using your Amazon registration information.
    If you are a first-time customer, please register as a member of New Balance's official online outlet and use the credit card information and address registered with Amazon to make payments and place orders.
    *You can select this on the login screen after "Proceed to purchase".

    <Notes>
    Even if your order has been completed with Amazon Pay, the payment has not yet been completed, so the order may be canceled depending on the card information used by the customer. In that case, please check the expiration date, insufficient credit, etc., and then try the procedure again.

  • PayPay

    You can use PayPay as a payment method.
    When placing an order, you will be directed to the PayPay smartphone app or payment site page to complete the purchase procedure.
    Only PayPay balances can be used for payment.

    If you do not return to our site from the PayPay app after completing PayPay payment, the payment will be treated as cancelled.
    Even if you win a sweepstakes, the bonus that was scheduled to be awarded will be forcibly canceled.
    Please note that we cannot restore bonuses under any circumstances.

    Please complete the purchase procedure by verifying your email address and mobile phone number at the time of ordering.
    You can shop with just your email address and mobile number, no credit card required.
    *You will need to enter the 4-digit verification code sent via SMS.
    Multiple purchases can be paid together by the 10th of the following month.

    If you register for Payday Plus for free, you can use features such as 3 or 6 installment payments with no installment fees* and monthly budget setting.
    *Split fees are free only for account transfers and bank transfers.

    This is a payment method in which payment is made after the product arrives at the customer's hands.
    After the product is shipped, we will send you a payment slip separately from the product, so please pay at your local convenience store or post office. You can also use au Easy Payment from your smartphone.
    *If the orderer's address and delivery address are different, the mailing address will be the orderer's address.
    *The sender will be Yamato Credit Finance Co., Ltd.

    <Payment fee>
    A separate payment fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be required.

    <Payment deadline>
    Please pay within 14 days of invoice issue. The payment deadline is also stated on the invoice.

  • If you would like a receipt issued,

    [For credit card payments, Amazon PAY, dPayment, and PayPay]
    We will include an itemized invoice that complies with the invoice system, which you can use as a receipt.
    The order shipment completion email can also be used as a receipt under the invoice system.
    *The purchase amount, tax rate, and registration number are listed.

    If you wish to specify the recipient's name, special notes, or have a handwritten receipt issued, please enter your request for a receipt, the recipient's name, and special notes in the receipt section of [STEP 3: Confirm your order details] during the order process.
    *If we are unable to determine the addressee's name or other details, we will change it to the name of the person placing the order.
    *As a general rule, invoices that are left blank or state the product price or item price will not be accepted. In cases where we are unable to understand the contents of the description, we will change it to the appropriate name (shoes price, apparel price).
    *The receipt will be included with the product, so if you would like it sent separately to the orderer, please fill in the shipping address.
    *We cannot create the product even if you pay in full with points.

    After placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
    If the item is not yet prepared for shipping, it will be included in the package, but if the item is already prepared for shipping or after the item has arrived, it will be sent by mail.

    [Cash on delivery]
    Since payment has not yet been received, we are unable to bundle the item with the product.
    The cash on delivery receipt issued by Yamato Transport, attached to the shipping invoice, will serve as a receipt.

    [In the case of Kuroneko deferred payment]
    The "Transfer Receipt" (or "Transfer Invoice and Receipt" if paying at a post office) that you receive when making payment using the designated invoice (transfer handling slip) will serve as a receipt.


    [Pay Later]
    The usage details that are automatically registered on your "My Paidy" customer screen at the time of payment will serve as a receipt.
    If you are paying at a convenience store, please use the payment slip from the time of transfer, and if you are paying by direct debit, please also use the details from your bankbook.
