How to customize

  1. Is there a good way to choose colors for each part?

    When you hover your mouse over the parts in the photo, the parts will blink.
    When you click on it, the palette will move and you will see the colors you can choose from, so please choose your favorite color.

    Advice: In the end, you need to move the palette to check if all items have been customized to avoid missing any customizations.

  2. Is there a good way to select and change parts from the right palette?

    Start with palette 1.
    The photo does not flash, so once you choose the color you like, the part where the color changes is the part.

    Advice: If you don't know the part name and don't know where to customize it, try changing it to a darker color.

  3. Which do you recommend, a computer or a smartphone?

    Depending on your monitor and browser environment, the image, color, and texture of the ordered image and the actual product may differ.
    The appearance of smartphones changes depending on the protective film, screen brightness, resolution, etc. We recommend that you check it on your computer before placing your order.

  4. Which parts can be customized?

    Depending on the model, 17 to 18 parts can be customized. There are 3 to 20 colors to choose from, depending on the part.

  5. Are there any restrictions on the embroidery that can be added to heels?

    For some models, up to 8 alphabets or alphanumeric characters can be entered on the left and right sides of the heel.
    You may not create words that contain profanity, defamation, trademark, or other violations.
    *Please note that if your order contains a string that cannot be created after placing your order, it will be cancelled.

  6. Can I save the design?

    Auto-save will not occur during customization. You can save even while customizing.
    <For PC>: Select the size and width, and click the [Save & Share] button to add to favorites.
    You will be given a design ID and can save it as a favorite item on your My Page.

    <For smartphones>: Click on the red [N cart button] next to the shoe image and select the size and size. *If you press [NEXT] at this time, it will proceed to the cart and will not save the design.
    Click Continue Design, then click the Save & Share button and Add to Favorites.
    You will be given a design ID and can save it as a favorite item on your My Page.

  7. Can I recall a previous design and continue customizing it?

    Please log in and proceed from My Page and Favorite Items.
    You can also check the design ID.

How to order

  1. Can I return the product?

    Since this product is made to order, returns due to customer reasons are not accepted.

  2. How many pairs can I order in one order?

    Only one pair can be added to your cart. You cannot purchase this item with other items.

  3. Can I choose my payment method?

    Credit card only.

  4. Can you do gift wrapping?

    Yes, it is possible. Please choose when ordering.

  5. .Can I use coupons?

    Yes, you can.

  6. Can I use points? Will it be granted again?

    Available. Please use your desired points when placing your order. This product is eligible for points.

  7. Can I see the design after I place my order?

    Please log in and check your My Page and purchase history.

  8. Can I change or cancel the design?

    Since this item is made to order, cancellations cannot be made under any circumstances. We also cannot make changes to the design.

Delivery Information

  1. How long will it take to complete after I place an order?

    Once your order is placed, delivery will take approximately 4 to 7 weeks.
    *We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery dates as it varies depending on the situation.

  2. What should I do if my product is returned to me due to being away for a long time?

    The period for redelivery is within 7 days from the date of shipment.

    If you are not home, the delivery company will leave a notification of your absence.
    Please be sure to adjust your desired delivery date and receive the item within the redelivery period.

    Your item will be automatically returned to us in the following cases:
    ■If you cannot contact the contact information listed in the absence notice.
    ■If the address is unknown
