[People who introduced us (friends)]

• Only the "referral URL" sent by the introducer who is a myNB member via the dedicated form is valid.
• You must complete your myNB membership registration via the "referral URL" within 14 days of receiving the email.

[People who introduced us]

• The person you introduced (your friend) must have completed their membership registration within 14 days.
• The person you referred (your friend) must have completed a purchase at the official New Balance online store or official New Balance online outlet within 14 days.

● Notes

• You can introduce up to 10 people per year.*The number of people you can introduce is reset every year on April 15th.
• The number of people you refer will be counted regardless of whether or not the person joins at the time you send the referral email.
• It is possible to send multiple referral emails to the same email address, but each time you send an email it will be counted towards the number of referrals.
• Please do not change the URL or referral tag issued when making a referral. If you do, it will become invalid.
• If your friend registers from a smartphone, please make sure they do so using the browser that is normally installed on the device (Safari for iOS).
• If you or your friend have already cancelled your membership or if fraudulent activity has been discovered on your account, you will not be eligible.
