他メーカーのエアロビクス用のシューズがなかなか合わず（指にマメやタコができる）、色んなメーカーのフィットネスシューズやランニングシューズの中で、アウトソールにグリップ力のありそうなものを選んで使用しています。
ニューバランスのシューズ自体が初めてですが、履き心地が軟らかく締め付け感が無い割に横滑りもなく、軽くて気に入りました。スタジオの床やステップ台上でスリップすることも無いです。
エアロシューズに慣れた人には、衝撃吸収やサポート力の面で不安に感じるかもしれませんが、軽いシューズが好みの人には良いと思います。
ニューバランスのシューズ自体が初めてですが、履き心地が軟らかく締め付け感が無い割に横滑りもなく、軽くて気に入りました。スタジオの床やステップ台上でスリップすることも無いです。
