初の黒いウォーキングシューズ。パンプスはほとんどが黒なので、ウォーキングシューズは今まで色を楽しむことを優先してきた。外反母趾がひどくて574シリーズを知り購入。「やや細め」しかなかったので25cm を選択。幅はちょうど、長さはやはり若干大きめ。思いのほか「黒」が格好いい。紐の長さが左右違っていたのが減点ポイント。

外反母趾や偏平足などにより足に痛みが出てきて７年以上前より整形外科で診察の上、オーダーメイドのインソールを作り 矯正靴としてニューバランス５７４をずっと愛用させてもらっています。
どの洋服にも合うグレーばかりを履いてきましたが今回のすっきりした踵のロゴやアッパーの黒のステッチも目立たない同色のため、カジュアルすぎない雰囲気が気に入って BLACKを初めて選択しましたが、とても気に入っています。
起毛したホワイトNロゴも可愛いです。
オーダーメイドのインソールの厚みが出るため、靴のサイズが１㎝以上大きいものを選ばないといけませんがユニセックスサイズで作られているのでありがたいです。
「９９６」も魅力的ですが矯正靴として履くためには「５７４」が欠かせません。
これからも、「５７４」とは長いお付き合いになりそうです。
