This is the second season for Teddy Santis, owner and founder of Aimé Leon Dore, a lifestyle/sports/apparel brand from Queens, New York, since taking on the role of creative director of the New Balance Made in USA collection.
Made in USA Season 2 is an outdoor-inspired collection featuring its signature colors and materials in both footwear and apparel.
The footwear collection continues to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the New Balance 990 series, highlighting the 990v1, 990v2 and 990v3.
The colorway of Season 2 Drop 1's footwear takes inspiration from the original "576" colorway of grey, navy and tan.

カラーに惹かれて購入。特にNがネイビーなので少し埋もれたような印象で主張し過ぎないのが良いです。
履き心地は、やはり他のmadeシリーズに比べると劣ります。かなり軽く、個人的には軽過ぎて足運びに違和感があったので、少し重めのインソールを入れて調節しました。

レトロデザインのシューズを探していて、これは！と、購入しました。幅は思っていたよりも広く、全長もちょっと長いですね。やはりV1はソールが硬いので、最近のシューズを履きなれている人には不向きかなと思います。
