The main material is expressive and casual medium-ribbed cotton corduroy, combined with polyester eco-suede in some parts.

The fit is just right - neither too shallow nor too deep.
The brim is semi-flat but stiff enough to be easily bent and adjusted.
The front panel is made without any padding, using a soft lining.
A different material is used for the back strap and the underside of the brim, and combined with the thick stitching work, it is full of a heritage feel.
The inner sweatband is made of sweat-absorbing, quick-drying material.
