To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the "996", an anniversary model with attention to detail has been released.
While adopting the original design that first appeared in 1988, the sole has been given a vintage treatment as a detail, the distinctive N logo on the inside has been deliberately omitted, and the outside can be removed as an accessory.
The attached parts are printed with the 35th anniversary, and when you turn it over you can see the embroidered logo.
This collection pays attention to detail, such as printing the tongue label on the back of the tongue.

商品説明にも書かれてる様にソールにヴィンテージ加工が施されており、ホントにソール部分だけを見たら一体何年前の靴履いてるん、ってくらい黄ばんでますｗ。加工でこの感じが出せるのもある意味凄いなぁと。
グレーと迷いましたがグレーのNBは他にも色々持ってるので今回はネイビーを。おっさんなのでNロゴは外して履いてます。
NB好きの人が見ればNロゴがなくてもデザインで996と分かると思いますが、パッと見どこのメーカーの物か分からないので万人にはお勧めしませんw。でもNBを何足も持ってて変わり種のNBが欲しい人にはいい一足じゃないでしょうか。

妻がグレーを購入し履いていて、凄くいいよと聞いていたので、今回、ネイビーを買いました。
履いてウォーキングしてみたら、ソール等の機能性充実しているわりにとても軽くて、今、愛用しているニューバランススニーカーの中では一番軽く感じました。ウォーキングも快適でしたが、ただこの季節には生地もメッシュだし、ちょっと薄いかなぁと感じます。春から秋にかけて、愛用したいと思いました。
年柄、ロゴマークの飾りは外しましたが、外しても逆にロゴの刺繍がさり気なくカッコよくて、気に入ってます。

普段は2E 25cmを履いていましたが、この商品はDサイズでやや狭いタイプ、あえてワンサイズ大きな25.5にしました。普段と変わらぬ快適な履き心地です。が、ほんの僅か爪先が踊る感じがあり1点減点としました。大変柔らかな履き心地で快適な歩きが出来ています。欲を言えば2Eサイズがあれば満点です。
