身長159センチ、普段もＭサイズを着ているのでＭで購入しましたが、薄手のトップスであれば気になりませんが、トレーナーなどの厚めな服を着ると少し動きにくい感じがします。寒い季節の服を考えてＬサイズにすれば良かったと思ってます。
