レースなどではなく、日々の健康や運動不足解消のために購入しました。
商品説明にもそういったランニング向けとある通り、しっかりと衝撃を吸収してくれるためランニングの疲れが残りません。
膝などへの負担も明らかに少なく、エンジョイでのランニングやジョギングには最適だと思います。

一点注意があるとすれば、クッションが個人的には強すぎるため、ウォーキングの際には足が沈みすぎて逆に疲れてしまうように感じました。これも商品のアピールポイントである「砂浜を歩くような」という謳い文句通りなのですが、つまり脚がかなり沈みます。

なので近場への散歩などはいいですが、長距離ウォークなどでは逆に疲れる可能性があるため、その点だけ留意して購入を検討されると良いかと思います。

ダイエットのためウォーキング、ランニングを始めたいと思い購入
初のランニング用シューズの購入ということで、慣れの問題かもしれませんが、歩き始めの数分はハムストリングに多少の違和感を感じますが、それ以降はクッション性もあり快適に歩くこと、走ることができます。
フィット感も良く、踵もしっかりホールドしてくれるので安定性も高いです。
